1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

In no event shall jdplus's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or occurrence of the event giving rise to liability.

10. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your jdplus account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any remaining balance after reasonable attempts to contact you may be forfeited to jdplus after twelve (12) months of account inactivity following closure request.

10.2 Termination by jdplus

jdplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Failure to provide requested verification documentation
• Prolonged account inactivity
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account by either party, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions shall immediately cease. jdplus shall return any remaining account balance to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to jdplus and subject to completion of all verification and compliance procedures. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, liability limitations, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Customer Support Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of jdplus services, you agree to first contact jdplus customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of jdplus services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

12. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

jdplus reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the jdplus website. Your continued use of jdplus services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
